Gregg and Merel moved to Boca Raton from New York City in 1996. After graduation from Tulane University, Gregg began working as a trader on Wall-street until such time as he got married and bought his first home at 23 years old in a Country Club community in Boca Raton.
With a background in Architecture, and his wife’s in design, they began buying and selling homes, with a focus on transforming each home that they put their unprecedented touch on in the community. Blake's extensive background in the construction, real estate, and design fields gives her an upper hand over most new realtors. As a resident of Boca West Country Club and a native to Florida, she knows the market very well. Since the age of three, she began to delve into her love for real estate and design. Blake would build homes of legos with her father and then design the interior. She has always loved the business.
Blake's most recent internship at Akoya in Boca West consisted of assisting in their sales and design center. This helped to expose her to different departments that increased her experience and knowledge of the real estate business. Her college courses in business management, marketing, and social media have expanded her ability to grow and manage a real estate business. She can easily coordinate open houses and execute agreements seamlessly virtually for sales across the globe. Blake's computer knowledge allows her to bring a new generation of buyers into the market.

Merel brings over 25 years of experience in residential construction, design and real estate. She began her career designing and supplying uniforms for the NYS transit authority. After that, she transitioned into designing shapewear, lingerie and hosiery. Her passion has always been design, and throughout the years has designed all the interior and exterior homes of the real estate her and her husband owed and flipped. Over the last 10 years she has expanded to designing homes for clients, and that is where she has shined. Her design esthetic, ability to guide clients to find their own style, and her sense of each and every space, makes her clients at ease. Merel is grateful for each and every dream home that she is able to make a reality for her client, especially for the ones who never thought they deserved a home so beautiful. Her business is built exclusively on referrals. She takes immense pride in her work, and works tirelessly to best suit the needs of her clients.
